Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by SR Fragrance.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
